Innovation and entrepreneurship

Encouraging students' entrepreneurial mindset and creativity to seize new opportunities and innovate is part of EM Normandie Business School's DNA. The EM Normandie Business School Foundation supports this approach by subsidising innovative projects, contributing to this dynamic which creates value for teaching and students.

The entrepreneurial line as seen by the Foundation's stakeholders - 2023

The Foundation's prize for the ‘Responsible Care Manager’ project

Each year, EM Normandie Business School and its Foundation challenge more than 900 third-year post-baccalaureate students on the Programme Grande École, spread across its five campuses, as part of the ‘responsible manager’ project. The ADMISSIONS TEST encourages students' commitment to Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (SD&CSR), focusing on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the 193 member states of the United Nations and included in the 2030 Agenda.

For two months, the students, in teams of 4 or 5, will carry out a diagnostic and propose recommendations for action to be implemented in organisations wishing to make a commitment to SD&CSR, working on real company cases.

The financial support of the EM Normandie Business School Foundation contributes to the success of the Responsible Project. The challenge awards the best student proposal to a panel of judges, giving the winners the opportunity to receive a €1,000 prize from the Foundation, to be donated to a project of general interest within the school of their choice.
