Academic and research excellence
In a competitive and global context, the School's reputation is largely based on the quality of its teaching and research, as well as the level of its students. This topic, which accounts for 6% of the EM Normandie Business School Foundation's initiatives, enables us to promote the excellence of the School's professor-researchers by supporting high-level research and innovative teaching approaches, which are essential to the development of our societies.

The EM Normandie Business School Foundation aims to promote academic excellence, pedagogical innovation and high-level research, in line with current business issues, so that the School can surround itself with internationally renowned professor-researchers to support the development of its Research Chairs. The School currently has 3 such Chairs.
This continuous search for excellence and the best skills strengthens EM Normandie Business School's academic reputation, and guarantees the quality of its accreditations, rankings and the rating of research publications in international journals, as well as those of future classes of students.
Academic excellence award
A school's reputation is closely linked to the reputation of its academic staff. The EM Normandie Business School Foundation has set up a programme to encourage teaching and research staff by organising the annual Academic excellence prize, awarded on the basis of assessment criteria linked to the quality of their teaching and recognition of their research work in leading publications. These criteria are taken into account by management school certification agencies.
Objective : To encourage professor-researchers and promote research work leading to innovative and relevant publications and/or teaching programmes, and to promote the research work of the Faculty's professor-researchers.
Principle : The EM Normandie Business School Foundation's Academic Excellence Award is open to all professor-researchers in post on the first of January and is divided into two parts: the Research Award and the Teaching Innovation Award.
